About the Role

We are looking for a Administrative Operations Coordinator Depot to support the execution of day-to-day logistics, inventory, warehousing, and fulfilment activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence across a variety of warehouse environments, including Container Freight Stations (CFS), Container Yards (CY), inland depots, bonded warehouses, and other storage facilities managed or operated by Maersk.
The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support to ensure efficient inventory management, warehouse operations, and fulfilment processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the planning and execution of warehouse and fulfilment activities.
* Coordinate inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock control and reporting.
* Assist with the movement, storage, and handling of goods within warehouse facilities.
* Maintain operational records and documentation to support warehouse activities.
* Monitor inventory levels and help resolve stock discrepancies.
* Support inbound and outbound fulfilment operations to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
* Ensure compliance with operational procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and operational teams to provide administrative and technical support.
* Prepare reports, update systems, and maintain accurate operational data.
* Identify and escalate operational issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling operational data and documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management systems.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
