The team

En el equipo de RRHH buscamos un Talent Adquisition & Development Specialist con experiencia tanto en Selección como en Formación que de apoyo a los HR Business Partners.

Your role

* Gestión integral de los procesos de selección con los Managers y Directores de los negocios asignados.

* Reporting de los KPIs relacionados con Selección.

* Identificar y recopilar las necesidades formativas.

* Diseño de programas formativos en colaboración con los proveedores.

* Elaboración plan de formación anual en colaboración con los HRBP.

* Planificación de las acciones formativas.

* Control de presupuesto y facturación.

* Auditorías de Recursos Humanos y Formación.

* Gestión de informes y KPIs

* Gestión de la formación bonificada, recopilando la información necesaria, registrándola en la plataforma y recogiendo toda la documentación necesaria.

Requirements

* Grado en ADE, Psicología, Pedagogía o similar, Derecho, ADE + Derecho o titulaciones similares.

* Valorable contar con un Máster de RRHH o HR Analytics.

* Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Selección y Formación

* Nivel de inglés alto

* Microsoft Office nivel avanzado.
