As a Project Planning & Logistics Specialist - VM & Architecture, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and delivery of Visual Merchandising and Architecture projects worldwide. Working closely with Project Managers, Supply Chain teams, suppliers and logistics partners, you will coordinate project timelines, shipment readiness and international logistics operations to ensure materials arrive on time and projects are delivered successfully.
Your role will be:
* Coordinate the planning and logistics activities for Visual Merchandising and Architecture projects across different regions.
* Review project timelines and shipping schedules, identifying potential risks and helping teams anticipate delays.
* Monitor supplier readiness and follow up on production milestones to ensure alignment with project deadlines.
* Coordinate with external warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment preparation and execution.
* Prepare and validate shipment documentation, including packing lists, invoices and customs-related information.
* Support international shipping activities and collaborate with Logistics teams on import and customs clearance processes.
* Manage the logistics flow of project samples, ensuring all required documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
* Maintain tracking tools and reporting, providing visibility on project progress and shipment status.
* Act as the main point of contact between Architecture Project Managers, Supply Chain teams and external logistics providers.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping optimize planning, logistics processes and project delivery.About us:

Perfil
What is important for the role:
Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or Project Coordination within an international environment.
Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with a structured approach to managing priorities.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and external partners.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight timelines.
Understanding of international logistics processes, shipping documentation and customs requirements.
Experience working with project management, ERP or logistics tracking tools (ASANA, Salesforce or similar is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Professional proficiency in English
