At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Business Developer Team Lead for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Business Developers, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
* Onboard and ramp up new team members, ensuring alignment with processes, tools, and best practices.
* Strategize and qualify the best leads alongside Partner Account Executives.
* Create and implement strategies and initiatives to maximize lead generation from key partners.
* Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach.
* Analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, determine requirements, and identify potential solutions.
* Collaborate and strategize with PAEs, Marketing, CX Team, and Sales Managers.
* Drive continuous improvement of outbound processes and playbooks, sharing learnings across the team.

Your Profile
* You are a native Italian speaker & at least B2 English.
* Proven experience in a Sales role, ideally in a SaaS or digital environment.
* Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a sales or BDR team.
* Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
* Tech savvy with a natural passion for digital innovation.
* Detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
* Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution - we have a culture of change!
