Sustainability Data Specialist

Job Description:

- Collect, validate, and calculate Scope 1-3 data and manage relationships with data owners. - Model and map end-to-end sustainability data flows from source systems to reporting tools, transforming raw data into actionable metrics. - Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and systems in collaboration with Tech teams. - Execute data workstreams for sustainability disclosure and regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD). - Support Product Sustainability, Traceability and Responsible Manufacturing teams with data collection, visualization, and engineering tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field. - Min. 1 year of experience in sustainability data with a track record in carbon accounting, expert in GHG Protocol. - Ability to code in Python for data processing and automation of tasks. - Experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouse architectures, including writing and optimizing queries. - Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets). - Strong understanding of sustainability metrics, reporting standards (such as SBTi), and global regulations. - High attention to detail with the ability to structure and validate complex data. - Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. - Fluency in English. - Passion for sustainability
