Description

* Supports effective management of company's internal communication channels.
* Collaborates with other functions to plan and execute Internal Events and Employer Branding activities. (Corporate Communications, Brands, employee engagement groups etc.)
* Supports the implementation of large-scale employee engagement activities (e.g. employee gatherings, gifting, specials day celebrations) by ensuring operational excellence.
* Works alongside HR Manager as to the preparation and execution of annual internal communication plan and strategy, following up the plan regularly.
* Supports HR Partners through employee life cycle stages.
* Assists in recruitment process through sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, organizing interviews, conducting reference checks.
* Supports HR projects by compiling data, presentation, and stakeholder communication.
* Ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws in HR-related activities.
* Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Human Resources.

Qualifications

* Fluent in English
* University level education or equivalent
* Internship or 1 year of relevant human resources experience
* Ability to perform within tough deadlines
* Quick learner, good communicator, team player
* Ability to build efficient relationships within and outside the organization
* Knowledge of HR practices and principles
* Knowledge of computer MS Office programs, Canva is a plus
