What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for operation of degreasing machines and kitting of components ready for decreasing.
Responsibilities:
* Degreasing Components
* Kitting of degreasing components into degrease baskets
* Running Heat Treatment Ovens
* Running Drop Quench Ovens
* TPM
* EH&S
You will be trained in all the necessary disciplines of all matrix manufacturing operations including heat transfer matrix build and EH&S
The applicant must be prepared to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) when required.

Qualifications We Prefer
* Recognized engineering apprenticeship, e.g., City & Guilds level 2 or equivalent.
* Good level of numeracy and literacy.
* Manufacturing industry experience
* Working to high level of accuracy
* Attention to detail.
* Flexible and adaptable to work shifts when required.
* Commitment to continuous improvement
* Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation.

* Must be an excellent team player and confident communicator at all levels.
