Could you be the full-time V.I.E Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Toronto, ON we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your human resources (HR) experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll work alongside supportive and innovative teammates. You'll play a key role in enhancing organizational capability, fostering talent, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business and HR (HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, HR Operations), support transversal initiatives, and act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related inquiries, and much more. You'll specifically take care of HR administrative activities, such as managing personnel transactions in HRIS, but also support leadership development programs and organizational capability initiatives. We'll look to you for: Managing HR administrative activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in HRIS systems Supporting transversal initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Expertise and HR Operations, including time management, international mobility, compensation, and talent management processes Acting as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and escalating to HRBP if needed Supporting the implementation of leadership development programs and onboarding initiatives Assisting in the administration and monitoring of the performance review cycle (PMC) Contributing to the identification of organizational capability gaps and proposing improvement actions Developing and deploying HR key performance indicators and dashboards Collaborating in HR transversal working groups at regional level

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
