Buscamos uma pessoa Gerente de RH para liderar estrategicamente o processo de transição de Recursos Humanos em um projeto de M&A. O objetivo central desta posição é garantir a continuidade do negócio e a estabilidade das operações durante o período de transição, servindo como o principal elo entre a unidade adquirida e as diretrizes globais do Grupo.

Seus principais desafios serão:
* Continuidade Operacional: Garantir que todos os processos de RH (folha, benefícios e rotinas) sigam operando com excelência e segurança para os colaboradores.
* Modelo Organizacional: Apoiar o desenho das novas estruturas, focando na eficiência, gestão de talentos e preservação do conhecimento técnico da operação.
* Suporte à Liderança: Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos gestores da nova unidade, auxiliando na comunicação e no alinhamento de expectativas durante a jornada de integração.
* Conexão Cultural: Identificar as melhores práticas de ambas as culturas corporativas para construir uma identidade sólida e funcional.
* Gestão de Relações: Manter o diálogo próximo com sindicatos e órgãos reguladores, garantindo conformidade e segurança jurídica.

Do you have these requirements?
Quem buscamos:

*

Ensino Superior em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. MBA ou Pós-Graduação será um diferencial;

*

Líder sênior de RH com experiência;

*

Vivência sólida liderando Pessoas em processos complexos de fusão, aquisição (M&A) ou grandes reestruturações (turnaround);

*

Sólida vivência prática em negociações sindicais;

*

Inglês Fluente obrigatório.
