Your Role And Responsibilities

Join our Talent Acquisition team supporting Entry Level Hiring (ELH) programs across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for recruiting professionals looking to gain international recruiting experience, work with global stakeholders, and support one of the largest Entry Level Hiring programs in North America.

In this role, you will partner with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition professionals, and business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent for internship and entry-level opportunities.

This position is initially offered as a 6-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension and future conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs.

Work Model

* Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
* Available in the following IBM office locations:
* Hortolândia, SP
* São Paulo, SP
* Rio de Janeiro, RJ
Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruiting activities for Entry Level Hiring programs across the United States.
* Support hiring for internship and early-career opportunities.
* Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Leads to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
* Conduct candidate screening, resume reviews, and interview coordination.
* Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Avature.
* Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
* Utilize sourcing strategies and recruiting tools to identify and attract qualified talent.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
* Drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with recruiting processes and policies.
* Leverage data and recruiting insights to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or related areas.
* Experience managing recruitment processes.
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset and ability to work with recruiting metrics and reports.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* Experience recruiting for U.S., Canadian, or Latin American markets.
* Experience supporting Internship, University Recruiting, or Entry Level Hiring programs.
* Experience with sourcing tools and talent attraction strategies.
* Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
* Experience working in a global organization.
* Knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting
