About the team
You'll join our close-knit Payroll team of 9 colleagues, including 4 international payroll specialists. We're an international group that values open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Expect hands-on support, shared successes, and room to grow.
Your role
As Global Payroll Specialist, you manage payroll for several international entities in our fast-growing organization. You'll work closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders in HR and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes. You're detail-oriented, analytically strong, and always looking for smarter ways of working.
What you'll do
* Process and coordinate payroll for multiple countries
* Review payroll input and validate output from external providers
* Ensure timely and accurate salary payments
* Manage statutory deductions (taxes, social security, etc.)
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
* Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
* Support audits and continuous process improvements

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. (1/2 years)

* Experience in a retail organization is a pré

* Good understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.

* Proficiency in payroll software and excel.

* Attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
