HR Admin Officer

As HR Admin Officer you'll be at the heart of our organization and service colleagues and managers with all sorts of operational and administration & payroll HR related topics.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Responsible for the management and creation of standard documents, contract and relevant documentation for employee (re)hiring's for Employee information changes and for voluntary and involuntary terminations
* Create offer letters and coordinate workforce On-Boarding
* Manage salary corrections, process review, off-cycle salary adjustments and calculation of Actual STI payout amount and inform for Office Workers
* Manage statutory increases
* Create Contract based on provided input
* Coordinate signature (if required)
* Documents Management & Archiving for payroll
* Participate in projects to analyze and improve processes, review of ways of working
* Participate in audits, providing necessary evidence and answer process related questions
You also have the following background:
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Admin and payroll processes
* Preferably multiple years of payroll experience
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed international environment
* Service-oriented mindset and customer centricity
