We are the 3P (People, Policy, Purpose - HR) Finance team, proudly rolling up into Corporate Finance and working closely with the 3P leadership.

Our team is composed of dedicated finance professionals who combine strong financial planning and analysis expertise with a deep understanding of the business. We act as trusted partners to the 3P leadership, providing insightful financial guidance and helping to navigate uncertainty with agility and sharpness.

Your Impact

You will be leading a quarterly OPEX budget and be a key business partner to your 3P leadership. You will drive the Fiscal planning, Monthly closing (accruals) of expense, OPEX & Headcount flashes, Quarterly commit(s) and help in consolidation as well as distribution of targets. This role will give you exposure to the Spend priorities that are aligned to 3P strategy.

As a Finance Manager at Cisco, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, partnering closely with the 3P function to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance and fiduciary responsibilities while navigating uncertainty and aligning financial goals with overall business objectives. This role requires a sharp and quick thinker who can operate both at a high strategic level and be grounded in the day-to-day realities of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and execute comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business goals.
* Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate closely with the 3P function as trusted business partners, providing financial guidance and influencing business strategies.
* Maintain a dual perspective by looking at the business from a high-level strategic viewpoint while staying close to operational realities on the ground.
* Manage financial risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards and fiduciary duties.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting accuracy.
* Adapt to changing business environments and provide solutions that support growth and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
* You have a degree in finance, business administration or preferable to have professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
* Minimum 8+ yr relevant work experience (financial analysis)
* Comfortable handling large data sets and communicating key findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for financial modeling and reporting.
* Proven experience in FP&A with a solid understanding of financial principles and collaboration with 3P business partners.
* Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
* Experience/familiarity with Essbase/Hyperion Planning & other Cisco finance tools.
* Have a curious mindset to question and drive alignment & Curiosity with AI.
