About the job
We are looking for an HR Data & Analytics Manager to join our global Employee Services - Process & Data team. In this role, you will help improve the quality, accuracy and usability of HR data across global processes, working closely with Employee Services teams, HR stakeholders and senior leaders.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying root causes, translating insights into practical recommendations and driving improvements from analysis to implementation. You will focus on HR data quality, employee data processes, reporting, process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives in a global, matrix organization.
You will have the opportunity to work on topics with real global impact - from improving data quality KPIs to identifying process gaps and recommending scalable solutions that support better HR operations, reporting, automation and future digital initiatives
You have experience with HR data, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, HR administration or people analytics. You understand how employee data impacts downstream processes such as payroll, onboarding, reporting or system integrations.
You are comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leaders, and you can explain complex data topics in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You bring:
* Strong data mindset and ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
* Very good Excel skills and confidence in working with reports and data extracts.
* Experience with HR data, HR operations or employee data management.
* Proactive attitude, accountability and ability to drive topics independently.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Experience with Power BI, SuccessFactors, Workday or other HR/BI tools would be an advantage, but is not a must-have" descriptionHeader="
