By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid setup from our offices in Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi, or Cluj.

How you'll make an impact:

Employee Focus Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted single point of contact for employees;
* Provide employee guidance as part of employees' career experience to foster appropriate expectations and help bridge cultural gaps;
* Provide employee support throughout the process of connecting people to projects, helping them identify the best internal roles based on their interests and aspirations;
* Initiate and drive one-on-one career discussions with employees;
* Provide a highly inclusive, truly human career experience;
* Be accountable for addressing issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement, and performance counselling;
* Help employees navigate the organization and provide advice on broader performance and career goals;
* Assist the HRP Lead and business on specific reports and special projects, locally or globally driven.

Process and Business Support Responsibilities:
* Act as HR coaches during the performance cycle, following the global process;
* Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices;
* Work with business leaders to identify and propose the right talent for development programs;
* Identify business needs for special projects driven by the group's particularities and needs (engagement, attrition, change management, etc.).

Skills that make your work successful:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR (HR Partner/Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Specialist, HR Operations Manager/Lead, HR Coordinator);
* Advanced level of Italian (B2-C1) and intermediate level of English (B2);
* Bachelor's degree is required;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
* Proven expertise in end-to-end talent management processes.​
