Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Be between 17 and 21 years old. (For people with disabilities, there is no upper age limit.)
* Be enrolled in the final year of high school at a public school or have a full scholarship at a private school. People who have already completed high school under these conditions may also participate.
* Not currently enrolled in higher education.
* Have a low family income, as the program is social in nature and aims to promote the inclusion of young people in the job market.
* Never have participated as a Young Apprentice at another company.
* Be available to work from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you are still in high school, you must be enrolled in the evening ses
