We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Apprentice to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of compensation and benefits administration. The Apprentice will support the Compensation & Benefits team by conducting data analysis, creating presentations, and participating in compensation and benefits management activities, including salary benchmarking, benefits plan analysis, and support for international mobility.
Profile: · Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. · Strong communication and analytical skills · High level of attention to detail and accuracy. · Interest in international HR and global mobility
