HR Intern

We are currently looking for an HR Intern to join our Dolce&Gabbana team based in Mexico City.

The ideal candidate will support our Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. You will play a key role in assisting with recruitment activities and administrative tasks, contributing to the success of our team within a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (360° recruitment);

* Assist in candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups;

* Maintain accurate HR records and update internal databases;

* Provide administrative support to the HR department;

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient HR operations.

Key Requirements:

* Active student (from 5th semester onwards) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;

* Intermediate to advanced English level;

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

* Proficiency in Excel and digital tools;

* Interest in developing a career in Human Resources within the luxury industry.

Location: Mexico City, Polanco

Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Modality: On-site
