Join us for your placement year in summer 2026! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.
Join our Global HR Service Team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality correspondence and providing an excellent level of customer service to our employees. Working alongside HR Business Partners and Advisors, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain a real insight into the day-to-day workings of HR in a large organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Monitoring and responding to customer queries within 24 hours. Coordinating the local UK team activities via the HR Service ticketing system ensuring respective local teams are aware of daily activities.
* Supporting blue collar workers with the raising and management of HR Service requests.
* Writing and sending accurate correspondence including: Occupational Health Appointment Invites, Case Management invitations and outcome letters, Flexible Working and anything else reasonably required.
* Local workshop, training and events support including: company induction, Service Celebration Awards, and cross-functional working groups
