VIE - Data Business Analyst - Hong-Kong

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, and organized Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this position, you will focus on improving corporate performance and business growth by delivering business intelligence data.
Position should start in Paris headquarters for onboarding and training with Corporate BI team before relocation to Hong Kong office.
Main responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop appropriate data-driven solutions.
* Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
* Liaise with BI teams on Corporate / Regional / Market levels to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI dashboards and reports.
* Document information flow and data mapping from application UI to reporting tool UI through data warehouse.
* Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Provide training and support to business users in the use of BI tools and systems.
* Provide application system support to users across APAC region to ensure good data quality and business operations performance.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in Data.
* Strong knowledge of BI methodologies, data analysis tools (QlikSense, PowerBI, BusinessObject, SQL), and best practices.
* Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, understandable way.
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required, proficiency in an additional language (French, Japanese or Korean) will be a plus
