OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for an apprentice for our Ethics & Compliance department. Your objectives will be to assist the Competition Law Team on some projects related to management of the competition law risk.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

You will be in charge of the following missions:

* Monitoring implementation of the processes in place to mitigate competition law risk (reminders, follow up, monitoring of the safeguard measures put in place) ;

* Supporting Competition Law Director for complying with all antitrust regulations (Merger Control regulations, Foreign Subsidies Regulation etc.)

PROFILE:

Educational level: Master Law degree with specialization in competition law

Technical skills:

Fluent English

Behavioral skills:

* Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

* Organization and data management competencies.

* Problem-solving

* Ability to understand and handle complex legal and compliance issues.

* Willingness to take initiatives

DURATION:

Contract: either 3 months, start as from September 2026 OR 6 months, start as from January 2027
