Mission Overview:

As part of the Global HR Digital & Analytics team, the apprentice will contribute to the operational excellence of our HR digital platforms/solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors) by providing Level 1 support, ensuring data quality, and coordinating digital initiatives related to master data and referential integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Support

* Respond to user requests and incidents related to HR digital tools (EMEA regional level).

* Escalate complex issues to regional or global support teams.

* Document recurring issues and contribute to FAQ or knowledge base updates.

* Support the implementation of annual HR processes accross EMEA (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.)

* Review, maintain and optimize dropdown lists and referential values (e.g., job titles, locations, cost centers).

* Collaborate with HR Digital & Analytics team to ensure clean data at the source

Change Management & Communication (EMEA scope)

* Support the preparation and deployment of change management plans for HR digital initiatives across the EMEA region

* Contribute to the creation of communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, toolkits, user guides, announcements) to support new processes deployed across the Region

* Contribute to the collection and consolidation of feedback from end-users to improve adoption and address resistance

Profile:

* Student in HRIS, Digital HR, Data Management, or related field. Ideally, you have had a successful first experience in this field.

* Strong interest in HR technologies and data.

* Excellent knowledge of data bases and data analysis tools (Excel…)

* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

* Fluent in French and English.
