Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : « Finance Intern Analyst» has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the Finance department in charge of Controlling & Accounting.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in [July/2026] (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
* Invoice Processing : Supplier Invoice processing accurately in line with tax invoice, PO and GRN (three way match)
* Accounting Tasks: Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and reconciliation.
* Reimbursements : Employee expense claims processing on time and in line with policy
* Report Generation: Assisting with the creation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports from Financial Systems.
* Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
* Spreadsheet Management: Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for various financial tasks.
* Compliance and Audits: Supporting compliance efforts and assisting with audits.
* Presentation Preparation: Preparing presentations for finance-related topics.
* Project Support: Assisting with special projects as needed.
* Communication: Communicating financial information clearly and concisely.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:
● Financial Analysis
● Technical Accounting
● Processes like R2R and P2P

Your Boarding Pass:

Eligibility Criteria:
* You are a Fresh Graduate ( Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in Finance.
* Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
* Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.
You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :
* Finance & Accounting background in degree
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Soft Skills :
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Language skills :
- English : /intermediate
