Für unsere Abteilung Central Laboratory suchen wir in Göttingen eine
Administrative Assistenz (m/w/d) - R-274424
(Vollzeit / unbefristet)

Sie sind für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:
* Anmeldung und Aushändigen der Zeiterfassungskarte; Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung von Büroarbeitsplätzen.
* Verwaltung und Ausgabe der Schlüsselkarten von Technikern und Servicedienstleister
* Koordination und Empfang von Techniker / Hausmeisterservice / Handwerker
* Telefonate
* Prüfen und Nachbereiten von Zeitdaten in SAP
* Archivbeauftragte
* Monatliche Statistiken erstellen und Weiterleitung an die entsprechenden Abteilungen
* Posteingang- und Ausgang sowie Rechnungsprüfung und Weiterleitung
* Lagerbestand im Büro prüfen und bestellen (z.B. Lebensmittel, Büromaterial)
* Einkauf von Bedarfsmaterial; Betreuung von Besuchern; Organisation und Ausrichtung von Besprechungen; Kasse
* Ablage von Dokumenten, auch elektronisch;
* Korrespondenz
* Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeitern

Sie sind qualifiziert durch:
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung oder Erfahrungen im administrativen Bereich
* Gute Kenntnisse des Microsoft Office Pakets (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
* Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch, Englisch wünschenswert
