Summary Statement
In close collaboration with the executive board and key stakeholders, the Corporate Strategy and M&A department drives strategic planning processes, develops key initiatives, and monitors their implementation. In the M&A field, we are also responsible for global acquisition processes. Join this cross-functional team - with a focus on M&A - and contribute to challenging and impactful projects at Ottobock.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Identification and analysis of potential targets as well as initiation of transactions
* Support in due diligence processes
* Support in contract negotiations
* Preparation of business plans and company valuations
* Development of integration concepts and target operating models
* Milestone and financial tracking of completed projects
Qualifications
* Successfully completed Master's degree
* Relevant professional experience in a leading management consultancy or in the strategy/M&A department of a large international company
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a solution-oriented working style
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Open personality and strong team player
