Job Description:

* Own end-to-end onboarding for all new hires across client-facing and internal roles
* Coordinate with IT, Recruiting, and Talent Development to ensure Day 1 readiness
* Conducts and facilitates new hire orientation, including company overview

Qualifications:

Qualifications
* Genuine empathy and a people-first mindset
* Warm, approachable style that makes employees feel heard, especially during sensitive conversations
* Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience
* Bachelor's degree required
* Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships and develop strong credibility
* Sound analytical acumen
