We are a people powered business. So, we're looking for a HR Coordinator who recognises that culture is key - with the drive to create an enabling and empowering environment that brings the best out of our team.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
* Assist new team members with the documents required.
* Assist the new team members with their orientation day and onboarding.
* Create and post job positions in different job portals.
* Assist job fairs and school workshops.
* Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement.
* Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
What We need from you:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality or psychology.
* 1+ years' experience working in Human Resources department.
* Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
* Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service
