Your impact
Key Responsibilities
* Build analytic and design skills.
* Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
* Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
* Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
* Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
* Assist in the design and development of wet utilities systems, including water supply, sewage, and drainage networks, pumping stations
* Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning and execution
* Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar design software
* Coordinate with BIM/CAD teams to develop and review utility layouts, profiles, and cross-sections.
* Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis related to wet utilities systems
* Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and other technical documents
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
* Stay updated on local water regulations and industry best practices
* Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and assist in resolving design clashes and interface issues.
* Support project deliverables, authority submissions, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
Here's what you'll need
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
* Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar, WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS.
* Academic knowledge of wet utilities systems and engineering principles
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Understanding of UAE water regulations and standards is advantageous
* Internships or academic projects related to wet utilities are desirable
* UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply
