As a P&G Sales intern, you will get the opportunity to:

* Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas: promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising strategies;

* Contribute to the development of sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies and tools;

* Be involved in the design business plans that will deliver sales and market share objectives;

* Help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us;

* Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for people who:

* Are Master students or recent Master graduates with strong academic results;

* Have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills;

* Have excellent project management skills, are able to see planned ideas through to the implementation stage;

* Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

* Are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English;

* Have a valid driver's license;

* Are available for a 6 months internship.
