Team Introduction The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is TikTok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions. EC Value Proposition As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Onboarding Date, Project Duration & Application Deadline Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Support end-to-end non-FTE workforce operations (TPA / BPO / Intern) - manage in-seat & HC rosters, coordinate recruitment requests between managers and the TPA Agency, support onboarding / contract renewal / offboarding logistics - Act as HR POC to handle interns' day-to-day queries (FTE conversion, internal transfer, early career). - Support HRBP projects and data analysis across both non-FTE workforce and FTE resources - assist with roster reconciliation, data analysis, and prepare decks for HR reporting, training, and presentations. - Provide Japanese language support for HRBPs on employee communication when needed. - Support organizing team events and offsites when needed. - Support Org Culture (OC) projects - including award and recognition management, preparing recognition materials, and writing communications

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Undergraduate or master's students interested in HR / people operations within the tech industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required. - Proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables) with strong data sensitivity and attention to detail; comfortable handling confidential HR and headcount data with discretion. - Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through on operational tasks. - Familiarity with design / presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint) for preparing decks and recognition materials. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with some ambiguity. - Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship, and to work on-site in line with the company's return-to-office (RTO) policy.
