Job Overview

Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
* Support engineers in daily manufacturing activities.
* Collect and analyze production data.
* Assist in process improvement projects.
* Help prepare work instructions and reports.
* Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
* Support Lean and 5S activities.
* Work with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
* Follow safety and quality requirements.

Requirements:
* Student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related fields).
* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
* Team player with a willingness to learn.
