Responsibilities:

* Optimize digital tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Implement process improvements, monitor outcomes, and leverage AI tools for continuous optimization.
* Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
* Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
* Ensure solutions meet business needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

* Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Management, or related.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Power BI, VBA, workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n), and basic financial knowledge is a plus.
