Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Provide timely technical and administrative support to end users including resolving incident tickets and service requests efficiently
* Maintain daily operations of Workplace Services, including installations, configurations and setup of new computing environments based on pre-defined standard requirements and specification
* Collaborate with the local onsite support team to ensure timely project delivery and provide support as needed
* Assist in Office and Production network accessibility and troubleshooting
* Support the local team in rolling out projects

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Currently studying in Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal in English
