About the job

As a VIE within Danone Benelux, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of our logistics operations across multiple partners (3PLs, co-packers, warehouses).
You will act as a key operational support to drive excellence on the field, ensure compliance with QFS standards, and enhance performance through data-driven insights.

This role offers strong exposure to logistics operations, cross-functional collaboration, and business-critical projects in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Operations & Projects
- Monitor day-to-day QFS performance across logistics partners
- Support operational compliance on the field
- Support incident resolution and continuous improvement
- Contribute to transformation projects and system implementation
- Ensure proper execution of operational procedures

2. Compliance & QMS (BNL)
- Deploy and maintain QFS standards
- Support QMS documentation and updates
- Support compliance and follow-up of corrective actions

3. Internal Audits & Risk Management
- Support in audits planning and action plan execution monitoring
- Support risk assessments and crisis readiness

4. Performance & Data
- Build dashboards (Power BI)
- Track KPIs and analyze trends
- Improve data reliability and reporting

About You
- Master degree in Food Science, Quality, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Analytical and structured thinker, comfortable working with data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Structured and well-organized
- Good understanding or curiosity for processes, standards and compliance framework
- Comfortable identifying risks and raising concerns in a constructive and solution-oriented way
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Competencies
- Logistics & Supply Chain knowledge
- Quality and Food Safety knowledge
- Excel and Power BI
- SAP/WMS (nice to have)
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French and/or Dutch are a plus

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

* You must be aged 18 to 28.
* You must have completed national service obligation.
* You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area
