Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies One Tech Belgium based in Feluy !
Working on various efficiency improvement and digitalization projects within the Supply Chain team:
Production Planning Improvement for Pilot Lines
* Centralize and validate production requests, prioritize them, and communicate them to manufacturing sites.
* Monitor the effective execution of trials in close collaboration with production plants.
* Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement initiatives.
* Maximize the automation of manual tasks (Macros, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
Sample Requests and Inventory Management
* Receive and process sample requests to enable Customer Service to arrange deliveries.
* Contribute to the management of safety stock and forward stock.
* Improve and streamline sample management processes (e.g., enhancements to tracking tools).
Raw Material Procurement
* Provide backup support to the Supply Chain Assistant for placing raw material orders.
* Propose improvement opportunities related to lead times and batch-size optimization.
* Analyze raw material inventory levels and recommend optimization actions (target stock calculations, etc.).
Performance Indicators and Reporting
* Conduct inventory analyses (stock aging, obsolete inventory, packaging materials, etc.)
* Propose improvements and/or new processes to optimize inventory levels.
* Analyze gaps between forecasts and actual sales, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
* Contribute to the preparation of coordination meetings with manufacturing sites in France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

* Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Technical skills:
* Initial operational experience in Supply Chain (production planning, procurement, transportation, etc.) or Purchasing.
Computing skills:

* Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of Macros, Power Query, and Power Automate is a strong advantage.
Languages:

* English: level C1
* French: level C1
