Apprenticeship - HRBP Project Management Officer Type ? 12-month apprenticeship When? starting in October 2026 Where? Paris 17th arrondissement Support a global HRBP team by coordinating HR roadmaps, managing cross-functional projects, and contributing to key HR processes. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION The Group Operations Transformation (GOT) Division is responsible for establishing and implementing the Human Resources, Communication, and Change Management strategy for AXA GO, thereby helping to accelerate the agile transformation of our organization. In this context, you will join the HR Business Partnering department, and more specifically the Global HRBP team, which plays a central role in AXA GO's cultural and organizational transformation, acting as a strategic partner to business line management, deploying HR policies, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience. The team works in close collaboration with the HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Evolution, Labor Relations). Reporting to a Global HR Business Partner, you provide operational and structural support to the entire team. You actively contribute to the coordination of annual HR roadmaps, the management of cross-functional projects, and the continuous improvement of HR processes, within an international and constantly evolving environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Support in the development and monitoring of annual HR roadmaps Analysis of strategic HR and business challenges Collection and consolidation of roadmaps from Centers of Expertise (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, etc.) Definition of priority actions and action levers Monitoring of performance indicators and proposal of adjustments Structuring of HR calendars in connection with the Centers of Expertise and optimization of collaborative tools Management of cross-functional projects (PMO) Structuring and facilitation of HR projects in PMO mode, ensuring their alignment with AXA GO's strategic objectives Contribution to the review and continuous improvement of HR processes Coordination of key annual HR processes: Organization of People Reviews (performance evaluations, promotions, talent programs) Objective-setting campaign Mentoring program Monitoring of HR KPIs Contribution to recurring or ad hoc projects Support for organizational transformations Cultural transformation projects Diversity & Inclusion and workplace well-being initiatives Global learning programs, leadership development, and functional programs Improvement of the employee experience HR legal monitoring and monitoring of innovative HR practices Facilitation of professional communities across AXA Group entities Support for apprentices and interns Main HR contact for a pool of approximately 70 apprentices and interns Handling of individual HR issues (wellbeing, performance, integration, etc.) YOUR PROFILE You enjoy: Working in an international and multicultural environment Collaborating with diverse teams and Centers of Expertise Bringing structure and clarity to complex processes and projects Combining analytical thinking with a strong people-first mindset Education: Master's degree (BAC +4 or +5) from a Business School, Sciences Po, University or equivalent, with a specialization in Human Resources &/or Project Management Behavioral skills: Rigor & organizational sense Proactivity & service orientation Adaptability & agility Strong communication skills Cross-functional collaboration Curiosity & innovation mindset Technical skills: Project coordination (PMO) Data analysis & reporting Knowledge of HR processes & cycles - a first internship/apprenticeship in an HR position is strongly appreciated Languages: English C1+ or fluent mandatory French strongly appreciated IT Tools: Office 365 Microsoft Teams YOUR FUTURE PLAYGROUND About AXA As a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
