You join the Talents and Skill team, which is looking for a DEI Project Officer for a alternation ofone year from September 2026.
As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Mission Officer, you will report to the DEI manager and accompany her in the deployment of the key actions of the HR roadmap defined for 2025/2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Coordinate projects autonomously;
* Organize meetings and events;
* Participate in FR and INT working groups, working with FR and INT partners as part of the co-steering of DEI actions;
* Make DEI actions visible to as many people as possible through the monitoring of indicators and their internal/external communication;
* Participate in the animation of the international network of DEI champions and our ERGs (Employees Resources Group).
