The FAURECIA CLARION ELECTRONICS Tech Center is located in Paris-Bercy (Cour Saint-Emilion metro station - Lumière Building). It employs 250+ people responsible for designing innovative electronic products as well as teams in charge of business development in Europe and worldwide. You will join the site's Human Resources team and be involved in the following missions: ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities Recruitment / Management of Apprentices & Interns - Bercy site * Collect apprentice and intern needs from the various teams on the site * Post job offers and manage recruitment processes * Handle administrative processes to prepare new hires' arrivals * Manage onboarding, monitor missions, provide support, and conduct exit interviews Training: * Participate in annual training orientations * Register employees for the training programs they are enrolled in * Oversee KPI reporting (hot/cold surveys) * Weekly training plan update Communication * Contribute to the development and deployment of the communication plan * Create content (emails, articles, photos, videos) for internal communication tools * Contribute to events (logistics, organization, etc.) Overall discover the full scope of operational HR topics within a large international Group, enabling you to develop HR skills and a transversal understanding of the business within a dynamic team and with strong business proximity.
