Challenge Project

The Challenge Project is designed to test your skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in a real-world business scenario.
This project will require you to work individually or as part of a team to address a specific business challenge faced by the company. You'll be expected to analyze the situation, develop innovative solutions, and present your findings to key stakeholders.

During the trainee program at Red Bull, participants are given , which is a key part of their development journey. This exposure provides trainees with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced leaders, showcase their potential, and gain valuable insights into strategic decision-making at the highest level of the company.

Job Rotation

As a trainee, you'll rotate through different departments. Each rotation will give you exposure to various aspects of the business, helping you gain a well-rounded understanding of how Red Bull operates.

You'll participate in workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to help you refine your skills in areas like communication, strategic thinking, and innovation.

Regular Feedback and Evaluation
