Stellenbeschreibung:

* Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Fertigungstechnologien, Prozessen und Einrichtungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung (Prozesseinführung, Stabilisierung, Weiterentwicklung inkl. Effizienz- und Produktivitätssteigerung)
* Kontinuierliche Entwicklung und Sicherung des Fertigungs-Knowhows
* Durchführung von Machbarkeits-Analysen bei Neuentwicklungen und bei Designänderungen
* Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Fertigungsvorschriften
* Freigabe und Sperre fertigungstechnischer Verfahren (Prozessschritte, Werkzeuge, Materialien, etc.)
* Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen für Investitionen sowie Abwicklung von Investitionen

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH, Uni, o.ä.) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik o.ä. oder HTL-Abschluss mit mind. 4 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
* Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau von Vorteil
* Basiswissen über Wasserkraft- und Turbogeneratoren wünschenswert
* Guter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
* Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15%)
* Bereitschaft zur Einschulung am Standort Weiz
* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto EUR 3.616,50 / Monat anzuführen. Wir bieten jedoch in jedem Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
