The Opportunity

As a Business Support Specialist, you will support the execution of business and marketing activities across multiple countries. You will play a key role in coordinating initiatives, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence.
This role is well suited to an organized and proactive professional looking to develop within an international healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution of the Business and Marketing Plan
* Provide operational and administrative support to the business and marketing teams
* Coordinate marketing activities, events, and congress participation
* Support customers attending international events
* Assist in the creation and management of Advertising and Promotion (A&P) materials
* Collaborate with local affiliates across multiple countries
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, including OEC, training procedures, and vigilance reporting requirements

Profile

* Strong command of English, both written and spoken
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication and presentation abilities
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
