Comprising nine companies primarily based in the Rhône Alpes region, HTH employs around 950 collaborators. Job Description: Within HTH, the establishment has nearly 200 collaborators and encompasses operational activities related to quality control and shipment of finished products within the production chain. It also includes support functions for all Holding entities. Our Brazilian sericulture partner, with over 35 years of collaboration with HTH, operates in the natural silk segment for more than 80 years. They actively participate in all stages of silk production, from silkworm breeding to spinning, ensuring the highest quality silk thread. As part of a newly created position within the purchasing function, closely linked to quality and our weaving partner, we are recruiting an agronomist animator. In close interaction with HTH's management, we seek a dynamic, pragmatic, and operational individual who can work autonomously and contribute proactively. Your mission will involve supporting the Brazilian team based in Londrina, providing methodological and operational assistance related to their activities with HTH. Key Responsibilities:Your main responsibilities will include: * Operationally translating HTH's quality and supply requirements to our Brazilian partner. * Implementing on-site controls. * Conducting quality/EHS audits and inventories. * Drafting procedures. * Ensuring the smooth functioning of spinning, aligned with quantitative and qualitative objectives defined by HTH. * Building, monitoring, and disseminating operational indicators and dashboards for effective management and reporting. * Supporting local teams on the ground, especially in their interface with HTH teams during ongoing action plans. * Preparing meetings and presentations with the local team, including participation in HTH's operations and quality committees

Requisiti del candidato:

Profile: You should have a Bac +5 degree from an engineering school or a master's degree with a specialization in agronomy or mechanics. Additionally, you should have gained initial experience in project management or leading production teams. As someone comfortable working in the field, you'll be able to engage closely with local teams, drive action plans, and produce rigorous syntheses. Fluency in Portuguese is essential, and you should also be able to express yourself fluently in French and/or English.
