Your Role
* Lead the regional Compensation & Benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and business needs.
* Act as the primary subject matter expert for leaders, HRBPs and key stakeholders on compensation, incentives and benefits topics.
* Design, review and implement compensation and benefits structures, ensuring external competitiveness, internal equity and compliance.
* Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to support strategic compensation decisions.
* Lead the annual compensation cycle (merit increase, bonus and incentive programs), ensuring strong governance, efficiency and clear communication.
* Oversee job evaluation and grading processes, in close collaboration with the global C&B team.
* Provide guidance on compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions and internal movements, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
* Manage and develop relationships with external consultants and vendors, acting as the key point of contact for salary and benefits benchmarking services.
About You
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related fields.
* Fluent English and Spanish (daily interaction in a global and regional environment).
* Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits with regular interaction with global Centers of Excellence (CoE)
