Job Description:

* Sobre el puesto:
Apoyar el diseño, lanzamiento, implementación y seguimiento de proyectos de Recursos Humanos, iniciativas y administración de RRHH

Principales Responsabilidades:
* Selección y Onboarding: realizar los procesos de selección de principio a fin, organización de los onboardings y seguimiento de las nuevas incorporaciones.
* Realizar la gestión de los procesos de contratación, altas, bajas, enfermedades y otros movimientos que tengan incidencia en el empleo.
* Data Management & Reporting: preparar informes, reporting y gestión de datos e indicadores de Recursos Humanos, realizar tareas administrativas para el buen funcionamiento del área.
* Organización: definición y clasificación de puestos de trabajo, mantenimiento de sistemas de gestión de RRHH.
* Formación: colaborar en la detección de necesidades de formación, diseño del plan de formación y gestión e implementación de las acciones formativas.
* Desarrollo: colaborar en el programa anual de revisión del talento, planes de desarrollo profesional y programas de movilidad.
* Comunicación: dar apoyo en la elaboración y despliegue de acciones de comunicación en la unidad de negocio.
* Apoyar y asesorar a los empleados de la unidad, en todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos que se requieran.

Requisitos:
* Licenciatura o postgrado en un campo relacionado. También se valorarán otras especializaciones con la experiencia requerida.
* Capacidad de colaboración y visión estratégica
* Inglés
