About the role

As a Customer Marketing Manager you will be responsible for maximizing the value of sales and marketing initiatives. In this role you will localize global/regional shopper toolkits to deliver best in class annual in-store activation calendars that create winning propositions for customers and consumers. You will support the brand growth priorities and category vision based on shopper & customer insights and you will ensure that all activations are delivered on time in full.

To deliver these propositions you will need to liaise and partner with creative and production agencies as well as professional associations.

The role sits within the Finnish commercial organization and reports into the Country Manager for Finland.

Key responsibilities

* Merge the brand purpose & its growth priorities with the local retail environment
* Localize global and regional shopper toolkits to fit the Finnish market and retailers
* Manage Customer Media purchasing & assets
* Drive strategic thinking behind activations based on the consumer experience journey
* Maximize the impact of our brands by owning all customer centred activities across retailers, pharmacies and dental healthcare clinics
* Drive ROI thinking behind activations
* Ensure that customer marketing activation plans are an integrated part of the overall brand plans and are well reflected in the annual planning, both in terms of cost and incremental value
* Responsible for managing the allocated customer marketing budget
* Participate in organizing customer events such as fairs and exhibitions for all relevant channels
* Manage appropriate agency relationships on creative and production

Qualifications and skills

Essential

* Min. 3 years track record in a shopper/customer marketing role from the FMCG industry
* Fluent in Finnish and English
* Strong project management skills with ability to handle strict timelines
* Results oriented approach
* Strong stakeholder management
* High integrity, collaborative approach, and hands on mentality
* Good presentation & influencing skills

Preferred

* Bachelor or University Degree
* Ability to multitask and run several projects in parallel
* Strong drive for learning, developing and innovating
* Digitally savvy
