Job Description

Finalités de la mission (Objectifs / projets) :
* Améliorer le circuit de validation des demandes de mise en gestion afin de réduire au maximum le délai de traitement des demandes
* Analyse de documents techniques, rédaction des demandes de mise en gestion.
* Organiser et assurer le suivi des demandes de mise en gestion matériel mécanique et électrique

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :
* Rédaction de Demandes de mise en gestion
* Participer à des réunions (points d'avancement) et faire des synthèses
* Recherche de documentation (Internet et auprès de fournisseurs français et anglais)
* Mise à jour de documents de maintenances (dans un second temps)
