* Full management of the formal document flow for personnel administration (hiring, termination, transfer, disciplinary actions, changes in employment terms, etc.)
* Support in preparing payroll documentation
* Management of employees' annual leaves
* Administration of employees' health insurance programs
* Recording and monitoring information in various HR software
* Periodic updates of organizational structure and headcount
* Preparation of monthly reportsТребования:
* Higher education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
* 1+ years of work experience in HR administrative activities
* Proficiency in Georgian and English languages
* Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment
* Analytical thinking
* Motivated and results-oriented
