ROLE SUMMARY
As part of the Recruiting & Onboarding Delivery (RODA) organization reporting to the Manager, Internal Recruitment Team (IRT), the Associate, IRT will be responsible for internal recruitment for the assigned markets among UK, Ireland, India and Australia/New Zealand. This role will work closely with Hiring Managers and the local Candidate Experience (Cx) and People Experience (Px) teams to meet business hiring needs. The Associate will support internal recruitment in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supports internal only and contractor conversion recruitment for (COMPANY NAME) in the UK, Ireland, India and/or Australia/New Zealand
* Reviews internal only / contractor conversion requisition details, posts roles on internal career sites, sends list of candidates and provides recommendations evaluating candidate backgrounds with hiring requirements, updates candidates' status in relevant system, manages communication exchange with managers and contractor candidates, phones screen contractor candidates, drafts offer recommendation
* Follows recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure compliance
* Become a credible, trusted talent advisor to their client groups
* Ensure a positive client and internal candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
* Develop an understanding of (COMPANY NAME)'s Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the marketplace.
* Achieve recruitment metrics against Global Cx targets

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field, or equivalent work experience
* A first work experience in recruitment or relevant human resources experience.
* Demonstrated customer orientation and excellent customer service skills.
* Proven written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
* Experience using an ATS, Workday preferred.
* Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in a recruiting, HR or customer support role within a large corporate environment.
