Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for our 'Temporary Production Operator' panel for our Little Island Plant.
We are the concentrate team in (COMPANY NAME) (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of (COMPANY NAME)'s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of (COMPANY NAME) products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. We are a global organisation, situated in 15 locations across 8 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT. We want team members who can collaborate in our fast paced global organisation and are passionate about creating and delivering much-loved household brands to markets across the world

These roles are a critical component in our Concentrate manufacturing network. Operations is at the centre of everything we do, this is where our food and beverages come to life and is the start of the journey to getting our product in the hands of our consumers. That's why we need dedicated individuals who share our dedication to the fundamentals of our business in safety, quality, service and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of activities associated with the chosen area; including the manufacturing, filling and dispatch of liquid and powder flavours. Employees must comply with all Health, Safety & Environment requirements including Company policies & procedures outlined at induction and/or throughout the course of employment.
Qualifications

Essential Criteria:
* Successful completion of leaving certificate or equivalent
* Forklift driving certification desirable - essential for warehouse based roles (Counterbalance License and/or Reach License)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proven flexibility and teamwork skills
* A technical qualification (desirable but not required)
* Good PC Skills
* Shift Work may be a requirement
