Le Groupe DOMINO RH (650 collaborateurs, 130 agences en France, Pologne, Portugal, Suisse et Maroc, 260 millions EUR de CA) est basé à LYON. Il fait face à une très forte croissance et se développe depuis plus de 20 ans sur le marché des solutions RH (intérim, recrutement, formation, conseil). Ses activités intérim/recrutement sont structurées en 4 branches : tertiaire (DOMINO STAFF), médico-social (DOMINO CARE), généraliste (DOMINO MISSIONS), cabinets de recrutement (HC RESOURCES, DOMINO CONSULTING). Il s'y ajoute la diversification RH (DOMINO OAK : portage, formation, évaluation, management de transition).
DOMINO HR INTERNATIONAL is a Human Resources consulting firm based in Dublin. Part of the DOMINO RH Group (EUR500M revenue, 1,000+ employees, international presence), we operate within a well-established European HR services platform. Our Dublin office, located in the Dublin Docklands, is currently being developed. You will contribute directly to building our activity across Ireland. We support clients across industries including IT & Digital, Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, and Legal & Finance. The Role You will combine business development and executive search responsibilities in an international environment. You will: Develop business opportunities across Ireland and Europe, building your own client portfolio Engage with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs Lead executive search assignments from A to Z Identify and approach candidates internationally Manage client relationships in a demanding environment Your Profile Master's degree (Business School or equivalent) First experience in business development and/or recruitment is a strong plus Strong interest in international business and client-facing roles Ambition to grow within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Commercial mindset and results orientation Strong communication skills Reliable and proactive approach Fluent English is mandatory A second European language is a plus
